Unlimited covered primary and urgent care visits at Medallus clinics, plus $0 prescriptions on the included formulary at participating pharmacies. Covered in-clinic services include X-ray, EKG, labs, IV fluids, stitches, and splints when clinically appropriate.
No. This is a healthcare membership, not health insurance. You can use it with or without insurance for covered everyday care. It does not cover hospital care, emergency room visits, surgery, or specialist care, and is not a substitute for comprehensive insurance.
No. The $0 benefit applies to medications, strengths, formulations, and quantities on the current formulary at participating pharmacies. Search your exact medication before filling. Medications outside the formulary are not included in the $0 benefit.
Once your membership is active, use your prescription benefit information at a participating retail pharmacy. Medallus can help confirm pharmacy participation and explain how to use the benefit.
Members can use all eight Medallus clinics listed on this page. Most are open seven days a week; Riverton is open Monday through Friday. Call your clinic to confirm hours and availability for the service you need.
Use the sign-up button on this page to open the Ark Insurance Solutions enrollment form. Membership is $70 per month for one person, $120 per month for two people, or $160 per month for a family of up to six. A $20 enrollment fee and a 12-month agreement apply. Your Ark broker can help confirm eligible participants and your membership start date.
