Every published group tier includes unlimited covered Medallus urgent and primary care visits at $0, mental health support, and $0 medications on the program formulary. All care and procedures in the treatment directory are covered at $0 for enrolled members, including mole, skin tag, wart, skin lesion, ear wax, and toenail removal, when clinically appropriate. In-clinic services also include X-ray, EKG, labs, IV fluids, stitches, and splints for covered care. Monthly pricing depends on how many employees enroll. Employees may delay everyday care because of out-of-pocket costs, even when they have insurance. Covered Medallus visits have no per-visit charge or deductible, giving members an earlier option for routine illnesses, minor injuries, and ongoing conditions. Timely, appropriate outpatient care may help avoid some emergency department visits and hospital care. That creates an opportunity to reduce avoidable claims, especially for self-funded employers, but it does not guarantee lower total claims or insurance premiums. Results depend on utilization, employee needs, and how the health plan is funded. Membership does not replace emergency or specialist care.

Three one-hour video sessions with a licensed therapist are included during each 12-month membership period. Additional therapy sessions are $99 per hour cash pay, or members can use insurance where accepted by the provider. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on the plan. Unlimited 24/7 AI coaching by voice and chat, AI-guided audio, assessments, care coordination, and a member portal are also included. AI support is separate from licensed therapy. Nutritional counseling is an optional, separate private-pay service at $99 per 60-minute session.

No. Keep your existing health plan for hospital care, specialists, surgery, and other services outside the membership. Employers without a group plan can also offer the membership, but it is not health insurance or a substitute for comprehensive coverage.

The $0 benefit applies to medications, strengths, formulations, and quantities on the current formulary at participating pharmacies. Check the formulary before filling. Existing members should confirm their enrollment in the package that includes prescriptions.

Yes. Members can use all eight Wasatch Front clinics, from Layton to American Fork. Most locations welcome walk-ins seven days a week; Riverton is open Monday through Friday. The clinic directory lists addresses, phone numbers, and hours. Call your clinic to confirm holiday hours and service availability.

Family options are available. Medallus will confirm spouse and dependent eligibility, benefits, and any additional cost in your group proposal.
